Yes. Send a photo or scan of your patch, Maltese cross or department logo and our designers redraw it for the coin at no cost. Please make sure your department has approved the use of its official insignia before you order.

What artwork do I need to get started?

Anything that shows your idea. We accept all standard formats, including JPG, PNG, PDF, AI and EPS, and vector files reproduce most sharply, but a rough sketch or a written description is enough. Front and back designs are both included in the price.

Will I see the design before production?

Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof, normally ready within 24 hours of receiving your artwork, with unlimited revisions. We do not produce physical samples; nothing goes into production until you approve the proof.

Which coin style suits a fire department design?

Soft enamel gives the most colour, which suits the reds and golds of a Maltese cross, with the design raised above the enamel so you can feel it. Hard enamel is polished smooth for a jewellery-like finish. No colour leaves the design as bare metal under an antique or shiny plating, a classic look for memorial and anniversary coins. You choose the style in the cart.

Can each coin carry a station number or a firefighter's name?

Station numbers and names can be part of the design itself. For a name on each coin, add edge engraving; for a numbered anniversary series, add sequential numbering. Both are added from the cart.

What sizes, edges and special effects are available?

Coins come in five sizes from 1.25" to 2.5" and 12 edge styles, including rope, chain and reeded. You can also add a spinner or a bottle opener; these carry a one-off mould fee, which reorders of the same design skip, and we keep your mould on file for 2 years.

How are the coins packaged?

Every coin is individually packed in a protective PVC pouch. This is included free with every order.

What packaging works best for a retirement or anniversary gift?

Can I add a custom printed card?

Yes. A printed card insert carries your own artwork, such as the department name and a short message, and has a one-off setup fee. Add it from the cart.
