Welcome to MZIHO. MZIHO is the trading brand of YIKUADA E-COMMERCE CO., LTD, company number 16629680.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mziho.com and purchases made through our website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Custom Orders and Digital Proofs

  • Most MZIHO products are made to order. The standard minimum order quantity is 20 pieces per design unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Customers must provide accurate artwork, text, quantities, colours, sizes and other order details.
  • We send a digital proof for review before production. Reasonable revisions may be requested before final approval.
  • Production begins only after the final artwork proof has been approved. Please check spelling, dates, logos, colours, sizes and layout carefully.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Product prices may vary according to material, size, quantity, finish, packaging, artwork complexity and selected options.
  • Available payment methods are shown during the Shopify checkout process.
  • We may correct obvious pricing, technical or listing errors before accepting an order.

3. Changes and Cancellations

  • Before final proof approval: You may request changes or cancel your order. A full refund is normally available if no work has begun.
  • After proof approval but before production: Cancellation may still be possible. Reasonable artwork, tooling, setup or material costs already incurred may be deducted.
  • After production begins: Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded because of a change of mind, budget changes, customer-supplied spelling errors or details approved in the final proof.

4. Production, Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard production usually takes 10-15 business days after final proof approval.
  • Complex designs, special processes, large-volume orders or special packaging may take 15-25 business days.
  • International delivery normally takes 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier service.
  • Customers should allow approximately one month from proof approval to delivery whenever possible.
  • Free worldwide shipping is included. There is no minimum purchase threshold.
  • MZIHO covers applicable customs duties and import charges under its shipping arrangement.
  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or failed delivery may be the customer's responsibility.
  • Rush shipping may be available by request. Please leave a note with your order or contact support@mziho.com. The additional shipping charge is often around USD 60, but the final amount depends on the destination and carrier availability.
  • Rush shipping may shorten transit time but does not always speed up production.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, peak seasons and other events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

If a shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will assist with tracking and carrier claims. This does not limit your rights where the issue was caused by our production or shipping error.

5. Remakes and Refunds

  • For a factory error, incorrect item, shortage, serious quality issue or material mismatch with the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number, clear photos or video and a description of the issue. For shipping damage, please retain the original packaging.
  • For qualifying cases where the product materially does not match the approved proof or order, MZIHO may offer a remake, replacement, partial refund or full refund.
  • This limited remedy is not a general change-of-mind return policy for made-to-order products.
  • Minor variations in colour, metal texture, handmade finishing, screen display and lighting are not automatically defects.
  • Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.

6. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

  • Customers confirm that they own, control or have permission to use any artwork, logo, text, trademark, photograph or other material submitted to MZIHO.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork does not infringe another party's intellectual property rights.
  • MZIHO may refuse artwork that appears unlawful, fraudulent or likely to infringe third-party rights.

7. Website Content

MZIHO-owned branding, original text, photographs, graphics and website materials may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MZIHO is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, customer- supplied artwork, carrier delays, customs delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are subject to applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you in your country or region.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will be published on this website.
