2) Shipping Damage
Report damage within 30 days of delivery.
Keep outer packaging and provide photos of both the box and the item.
3) Wrong Items / Change of Mind
Wrong item received: contact us immediately with order details and photos.
Change of mind: accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is
unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories.
