Our Errors: Wrong or missing items qualify for a full or partial refund.

Faulty Products: Refund, replacement, or repair for confirmed manufacturing defects.

📦 Return Eligibility

1) Product Defects

  • Eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
    • Your order number, and
    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue.

2) Shipping Damage

  • Report damage within 7 days of delivery.
  • Keep outer packaging and provide photos of both the box and the item.

3) Wrong Items / Change of Mind

  • Wrong item received: contact us immediately with order details and photos.
  • Change of mind: accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories.

⚠️ Note: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Non-defective returns must be unused and in resellable condition with original packaging.
Return method: By mail only.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Approved returns are free for customers — we provide a prepaid return label or cover postage.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🛛 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or modification
  • Products without valid proof of purchase
  • Opened, used, or non-defective items not in original condition (except for wrong shipments)
