Shipping Policy

MZIHO provides free worldwide shipping for custom orders.

Production Time

• Standard orders: Production usually takes 10–15 business days after final digital proof approval.
• Complex, large-volume or special orders: Production may take 15–25 business days after proof approval.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery normally takes approximately 7–15 business days depending on the destination. Customers should allow around one month from proof approval to delivery whenever possible.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email after the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after dispatch.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

MZIHO covers applicable customs duties and import charges under our shipping arrangement. Customers will not normally be asked to pay additional import charges for standard deliveries.

Rush Shipping

Rush shipping may be available upon request. Please leave a note with your order or email support@mziho.com. Additional rush shipping costs are quoted by destination and are often around USD $60.

Delays and Address Accuracy

Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, peak seasons and other events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected.
