What artwork file formats do you accept?

We accept all standard formats, including JPG, PNG, PDF, AI and EPS. Vector artwork reproduces most sharply, but a clear sketch or photo is enough for us to start.

Will I see the design before production?

Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof, normally ready 1-3 business days after we have your artwork. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

Do you offer design help?

We can make light adjustments such as text edits, cut-to-shape outlines, background removal or colour changes. We do not build full logos from scratch, so please send us something to start from.

What material are the pins made of?

Depending on the shape, our custom soft enamel lapel pins are created using either iron or zinc alloy.

What is the thickness of the pins?

The standard thickness is 1.2 mm, which gives a balanced weight and quality feel. If you need a different thickness, contact us for a custom quote.

Can I customise the back of the pins?

Yes. You can add a raised-metal back stamp, or laser engraving. Many customers use engraving for serialised runs such as 1/50 and 2/50. Both are added from the cart.

How are the pins packaged?

Every pin is individually wrapped in a protective sleeve to keep it safe in transit. This is included free with every order.

Are there other packaging options?

Yes. You can upgrade to a clear display box or a velvet presentation box from the cart, priced per pin.

Can I add custom backer cards?

Yes. Custom backer cards are printed with your own artwork and can be added from the cart. Tell us in the order notes if you would like the pins mounted on the cards before they ship.
