For a Valentine’s Day fun run in Uganda, the organisers wanted a medal that matched the date — so we made it heart-shaped, in red, with a “Finisher 2026” ribbon.
The details
The heart outline is cut to shape, with the event design in red and white printed colour on a polished base. Paired with red roses at the finish line, it made for some of the most romantic race photos we’ve seen.
Beyond the medal
