What artwork file formats do you accept for race medals?

We accept all standard formats, including JPG, PNG, PDF, AI and EPS. Vector artwork reproduces most sharply, but last year's medal photo or a sponsor logo pulled from your race website is enough for us to start from.

Will I see the race medal design before production?

Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof, normally ready 1-3 business days after we have your artwork. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
