Custom Keychains in Bulk
A metal keychain is your artwork struck into solid metal from a custom die, then filled with enamel colour or left as bare metal. The relief sits proud of the surface, so the design has edges you can feel — that is what separates a struck keychain from a printed one.
Metal survives what print does not. Keys, pockets and daily handling wear a printed surface away, which is why brands, clubs and event organisers keep coming back to struck metal for gifts and merchandise.
Details
- Minimum Order Quantity: 25 units per design.
- Sizes: 1" to 3", in nine steps, measured on the longest dimension.
- Styles: soft enamel, hard enamel, die struck or antique. Hard enamel adds 10% to the unit price; the other three are priced the same.
- Tooling: the die for your design is included in the unit price. Only double-sided artwork, raised back stamps and 3D relief carry a one-off die fee.
- Attachment & Plating: ten attachments from a 30 mm split ring to a 120 mm ball chain, plus the plating range that suits the style you pick — both chosen from the cart page.
- Packaging: protective sleeve, velvet pouch, clear display box or velvet presentation box, all included. Printed backing cards carry a one-off setup fee.

- File Type: we can use any format but prefer vector files when possible.
- Redrawing: we convert your file into a die-ready drawing at no cost, including designs that have to be simplified to strike cleanly.
- Proofs: free digital proofs with unlimited revisions before you approve production.

- Average Production Time: 10-15 business days after your free digital proof has been approved.
- Average Transit Time: typically 7-15 business days, with free worldwide shipping.
