What artwork file formats do you accept?

We accept all standard formats, including JPG, PNG, PDF, AI and EPS. Vector artwork moulds most cleanly, but a clear sketch or photo is enough for us to start.

What kind of design works best in PVC?

Bold shapes, clean outlines and flat colour areas. Each colour is a separate moulded section, so hairline text and photographic gradients tend to close up or blur. If your artwork depends on fine detail we will flag it at the proof stage, before the mould is cut.

Will I see the design before production?

Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof, normally ready within 24 hours of receiving your artwork. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

How is PVC different from a printed keychain?

A printed keychain carries the artwork as a layer on the surface. PVC is moulded: the colour is part of the material and the design is built from raised and recessed sections, so there is nothing to scratch off, peel or fade.

How many colours can I use?

One to three colours are included. Four to six add $0.12 each, seven to nine add $0.21, and ten to twelve add $0.43. Simpler artwork is genuinely cheaper here, which is the opposite of our printed products.

Can both sides be moulded?

Yes. Double-sided adds 111.1% to the unit price, with the same design on both sides or a different one on each.

What upgrades are available?

Glow in the dark adds 20.9% to the unit price for single sided or 41.8% for double sided. UV printing carries a one-time $86.88 setup per printed side. A printed back for text, a website or a batch number is +$0.37 each plus a one-time $87.95 setup.

Which attachments can I choose?

Ten options, from a 30 mm split ring up to a 120 mm ball bead chain, including swivel trigger, star lobster and phone loop. Several are included at no extra cost; the rest add $0.07-$0.12 each.
