Custom Embroidered Patches – Iron-On, Velcro & Sew-On
An embroidered patch is your artwork stitched in thread onto a fabric backing, then finished with a bound or cut edge. The stitching sits slightly proud of the surface, so the design has texture you can feel — that is what separates a real embroidered patch from a printed one, and why it still reads as the standard for uniforms, jackets, caps and club insignia.
Thread also survives what printing does not. Patches go through washing, weather and years of wear, which is why departments, teams and clubs keep coming back to them.

- Minimum Order Quantity: 10 units per design.
- Sizes: 2" to 12", in fifteen steps. Patch size is the width plus the height divided by two, so a 4" × 3" patch is a 3.5" patch.
- Backing: iron-on, double velcro, sew-on and 3M self-adhesive, chosen from the cart page.
- Packaging: patches are supplied loose in a single bag, not individually wrapped.

- File Type: we can use any format but prefer vector files when possible.
- Redrawing: we convert your file into a stitch file at no cost, including designs that have to be simplified to embroider well.
- Proofs: free digital proofs with unlimited revisions before you approve production.
